The second bedroom comes with patio access and a queen bed. There is a half bedroom with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and double on the bottom. The living area has cable TV, a DVD player, stereo and VCR. The dining area has a ceiling fan, table and six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and breakfast bar with extra seating. There is a barbecue grill available as well as a washer and dryer in the building.
