Full bathrooms (either a tub or shower) are off each bedroom. Swimming pool was recently renovated with a new over-sized heater and pump. Outside you will find two shaded patios, one off the living room and the other by the pool. Natural Florida yard with huge trees and native plantings. There is a small lake in front of the house, which makes for great views!

The beach is 1 block (.3 miles) away. Walk under old Banyan trees to Gulf beaches. Golf at Naples Beach Hotel course three blocks away, or enjoy a game of tennis six blocks away. Naples best restaurants and exclusive shops are a short walk away as well.
