The master suite and the Jr master suite are both furnished with king sized beds and en suite bathrooms with double sinks. The third bedroom has a full sized bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin sized beds. More sleeping is provided in the bunkroom where there are two bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Seven plasma TVs are situated throughout the house in each bedroom and even a TV for each bunk bed. The gourmet kitchen features Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, refrigerator drawers, and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is lavishly decorated with beautiful mosaic tile work. There is also a wet bar with a built in wine cooler next to the dining area. The living room is spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture and Venetian plaster, from here there is access to the swimming pool. More amenities in this home include a washer and dryer, stereo, DVD player, internet access, and parking space for three cars.
Surrounding Description
Just walk outside and step into the heated 13 ½' x 26' private pool. Sunbathe on the beaches of the Gulf that can be accessed from the beach walkway. This home is located in the Seacrest Beach area that is a new residential community at the south end of South Walton. Just a short drive away enjoy golfing, shopping, and dining. Please note that if you request for the pool to be heated there is a $75 per day charge.
