The location is 2 min. to I-215 & 3 to I-515 & I-95. Access the strip, downtown & Lake Mead in 15 min., while enjoying the tranquility, convenience & lower crime rates of Henderson! Walking distance from beautiful full service park. Walk to the Fiesta Casino for movies, food,& gambling.
The home front has a tropical garden with 2 waterfalls, stream, & fish pond. There are 3 seating benches to enjoy the tropical scene & view.
The backyard is also a tropical paradise. Dozens of palms, plants, a bistro courtyard & fountain & a 4 burner gas grill. Music and dining table outside, also. There is a stucco patio with tall ceilings and fans, under which is a six chair dining table. A 500 SF 3 story balcony with spectacular views, ceiling mounted swing, spiral staircase & observation deck soars above it. There is also a rock-deck and pool combo. The pool has a 132 square foot cave that is 8 feet tall & has two 4-ft wide waterfalls. Inside there is an above ground spa with 72 jets, a waterfall, a misting system, fiber optics, & a superb sound system. Sitting in the cave you can watch and feel the 8 ft waterfall.
The rockscape pool has two 8 foot waterfalls. On one side there is a inpool spa area with swirling turbo back and foot jets & a cocktail table. To the other side there is a bench seat below the waterfall where you can drench yourself. There are also swim jets. There is also a fogging system surrounding the pool and cave.
Inside, the home has a grand entryway with oak floors. In the middle of this setting lies a regulation size walnut pool table. To the left is the downstairs master. It has a plush King bed and 56" RCA High Definition TV.
There is Travertine through the kitchen, dinette, and all bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters & lighted pantry & chandelier. There is a center island with a breakfast counter & chairs. There is also a china cabinet equipped with a 12 setting Noritake China set & plenty of crystal.
The master bedroom has a seating area & bay window, vaulted ceilings, & French doors leading to a 3 story balcony. The master bath is large and has an oversized Jacuzzi tub with a spectacular view. Next to it is a shower stall with therapy sprays. The 3 story balcony shades the master suite & is 32' x 9'. There is also a 50" Vizio Plasma TV & a mini fridge. In the balcony a bench hanging swing overlooks the valley, & has a table w/chairs, ceiling fans, & a firepit. A spiral staircase leads to the sun deck. The whole valley can be seen from there.
