Not forgetting the freshly baked bread still hot from the oven delivered to the door early every morning. The panoramic restaurant on site “cuisine provencale†offers the opportunity to discover delicious Provencal cuisine, barbecues and buffets as well as salads and snacks which are also available. The pleasant indoor restaurant or terrace bothe with breath-taking views across the countryside provide the ideal setting for meals. It is possible to cater for groups of 100 people for wedding celebrations, family groups, ceremonies parties, etc.
In Summer every Monday evening, late night walks in the pine forests to discover the scents and perfumes of the local fauna and flora, maybe even meet a fox or a badger. Every Thursday evening, much to the delight of the young, a musical evening is organised after the provençal buffet. Once a week we organise a picnic which can be followed by wine-tasting. We set off from La Pousterle on foot, and across through the pinewoods to discover Mediterranean wildlife. If guests wish we can stop off at a vineyard to taste the produce. We then gather round a traditional French buffet and make the most of the surroundings and the shade provided by the Pine and Holm oak trees, enjoying the peace and tranquility of a provençal afternoon berfore returning to the residence.
With Avignon and its mavellous sights and the magnificent arches of le Pont du Gard less than 50km away, La Pousterle de Sabran is the ideal place for holidays in the sun with family or friends. It combines the advantages of being a beautiful and peaceful spot but near to a town and with plenty of places of interest to visit nearby.
