This modern two bedrooms apartment is situated on the first floor, of a semi detached villa.
It is located in a well maintained private residential complex equipped with two swimming pools (1 for adults and 1 for children), a bar, gardens, children's playground and a church. The property is only a short stroll away from the beautiful sandy beach of Platamona, which stretches for about 10 kilometres along the coast.
The flat has its own entrance and consists of an open plan living/dining room, a small kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom with shower and a balcony furnished with table and chairs.
There is a TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, cooker, fridge freezer, kitchenware, cutlery, pots and pans and an electric boiler.
It has its own parking space and a well maintained private garden furnished with chairs, a table and BBQ for al fresco dinners.
