The spacious and modern furnished Villa Mendula is located at Poggio dei Pini between mountains and sea on the south coast of Sardinia, nearby Cagliari. The villa is surrounded by a lot of green and far away from towns turbulences. From here the long sandy beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula and Chia are reachable easily by car. A stair leads to the entrance area with its large windows and equipped with comfortable chairs to admire the panoramic view and enjoy the tranquility of the place.The ground floor is divided into a dining room, a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a sofa, seats and a central open fireside. The designer furniture creates a cosy atmosfere. From the living room one has access to the 1st suite located on the ground floor. This suite has a small corridor with wardrobe which gives access to the bathroom with shower and to the spacious bedroom with one double bed and a comfortable sofa. A desk and two chairs complete the arrangement. A veranda equipped with garden furniture invites to relaxing stays outside. A staircase gives direct access to the pool area.The other 2 suites are on the first floor. The larger one has a corridor which gives access to the spacious double bedroom with sea view balcony, the bathroom with shower and the studio with bed sofa for two persons and a large desk with panoramic view. The 3rd suite offers a double bedroom and a balcony with garden furniture and a separated bathroom with shower.
In the garden nearby the kitchen is located an spacious terrace with gazebo and barbecue. Deckchairs invite to take a relaxing sunbath. The private pool (5 m x 12 m) is open from April to October.
