The farmhouse is on a hillside terrace, just below the Tower of Galatrona, symbol of the whole property or winery. The house is surrounded on 3 sides by chestnut trees and oak wood, from the house there is a sweeping views of the Valdarno valley below. Petrolo Costa Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms ensuite.
First floor - Entrance through a loggia, living room with with Sat-TV, Wi-fi and fireplace and access to the garden, an internal staircase leading to the kitchen, 1 room with double bed with bathroom with bathtub, 1 room with twin bed with bathroom with shower, 1 room with twin bed with bathroom with bathtub. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher and independent heating.
Garden and Swimming Pool
The house is surrounded by its garden. It has a pergola on a terrace with outstanding panorama, BBQ and swimming pool 5 x 10 meters (15 ft x 30 ft). We provide all the firewood needed for free all year round.
