The master bedroom has a ranch slider on to the upstairs deck area, there are some bush views and whilst the beach is very close,the sea views are limited due to being behind the first row of apartments. The bathroom is also upstairs and has a tiled floor, shower, vanity, heated towel rail and toilet. Also in the bathroom is an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. The open plan living area downstairs features a small front deck with outdoor chairs and is furnished with a 3 seater and 2 seater couch, television, video, DVD player, stereo, coffee table and an oil column heater for any cooler evenings.

A short stroll across the road to the beach and a 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive into the centre of Whitianga township.
Nearby Attractions Description
There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip.
