LOCATION
This part of the Central West Coast is ideal for holidaymakers and both Bang Tao and Surin beaches are within short walking distance from the villa. A five minute drive takes you to hidden Laem Singh Beach, perfect for a water front lunch. A new shopping plaza with a Tesco store and MacDonald’s is behind Surin Beach and situated 2.5km from the property. This area is laid back but exclusive too with the famous Anampuri Resort is just round the corner. Within a ten-minute drive, you can visit the excellent Laguna Phuket Golf course or Phuket Fantasea in Kamala, which is one of Phuket’s most popular tourist attractions. If you fancy a bit of hedonism, then a drive to Patong will only take 20 minutes.

Bedrooms
All Villa Duay Gan’s three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, modern Thai chic throughout and very well appointed with nice local Thai touches. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the third has two single beds. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms, although two of the bedrooms share one ensuite bathroom. The dark wooden floors in the bedrooms add a certain amount of elegance and class to the property.
Bathrooms
Villa Duay Gan’s three bathrooms are all ensuite, although two of the bedrooms share the same ensuite bathroom. They are beautifully designed with attractive ceramics, marble features and piping hot water for a power shower after a hard day at the beach. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins. The Master bedroom also has a great sunken bathtub, which is ideal for a soak on those hot and humid days. The third bathroom is for guests.
Dining Room
Being separated from the living room, but adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, makes this living area the perfect spot for entertaining at home. The 8-seat dining table provides great views out towards the swimming pool.
Kitchen
A very spacious layout gives Villa Duay Gan’s kitchen a modern feel with its all black marble tops with a natural wood finish kitchen. Those preparing delicious local fare for indoor or terrace dining won’t feel left out as the kitchen opens to the equally spacious dining room.
