Once on the lanai, lounge on the custom Balinese dining platform and gaze over the hot tub and jungle to see ships pass in the distance and whales jump! Three stained glass windows, seven carved Balinese doors, a carved marble outdoor shower, Moroccan lighting, hardwood throughout, all windows custom milled with mitered glass corners, copper sink, and art built into each nook and cranny. Vegetable garden for guest use - Select vegetables from the Organic Garden. Because we grow much of the food we eat at Hale Pali Ku, we show our gratitude for Mother Nature's gifts by giving back. While our kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel refrigerator/freezer and full-size gas stove, we remain eco-friendly by not utilizing a disposal or dishwasher. Instead we make compost from our organic waste to nourish our garden and employ a deep copper sink to wash dishes.
