The newly remodeled kichten features all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Step down into the casual sunken living room where you can relax and watch TV or enjoy the smell of the ocean breeze. First floor features the master bedroom and one guest room both with private bathrooms. To reach the second floor is a treat, by ascending the curvy stairway it opens up into the foyer. The second floor features 3 bedrooms all with private baths as well. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths this home will accommodate 10 people. Enjoy the spacious family room which offers you a wet bar, mini foosball, and mini pool tables.
Surrounding DescriptionSeabrook Island is 30 minutes away from historic down town Charleston. Seabrook's has a three miles stretch of private beach where you can enjoy swimming, shelling and boogie boarding. With stunning view of the Atlantic Oceans Seabrook offers an uncrowded and serene escape. Cool off in the lazy river, take a nature walk or explore the island on a kayak tour.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionHop in the car and take a short trip into Charleston. Go to the shopping district down on Charlestons Kings Street, or slip on down to the South Carolina Aquarium and the Fountain Walk. An increasingly upscale dining scene and a few shopping enclaves provide further distraction.
