Bundella, has 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with queen bed separated from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and single bed, 3rd bedroom has set of bunks and single bed with trundle. Sleeping total of 9 in comfort and beach house style. There are two bathrooms which include shower, bath and 2 toilets to support the 3 bedrooms. The main living area has slow combustion fire, all bedrooms have electric heating and fans, the location enjoys lovely summer breezes from the river. The kitchen is well equipped with Blanco Stove, gas top and electric oven with fan force, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, serving platters and appliances to cater for holiday and week-end stays. The kitchen, dining and living areas all have stunning views of the Barwon Estuary. Bundella faces the river an east facing panorama, there is also a north facing sheltered verandah, secluded and overlooking grassed area. Separate to this is another large grassed area with trampoline for children to play, and plenty of off street parking completes the picture. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are also included for lazy summer feasts and early morning breakfast treats. The back grassed areas are fenced and gated from the street, however there is direct access to the river from the front of the property, ie no gates to fence the river access.
